Naturescape Garden.

Part 1. Basic Planning.

Naturescape garden must start with a plan. Draw up a map, mark out big structures such as buildings and trees. Research areas receiving six hours of continued sunlight. Trace-out possible structures that you may wish to build or install. I would suggest that you save the basic plan as a computer file, on a separate plan you can impose the areas of morning, midday, and evening full sun.

Be aware of any structures located underground. Consider essential requirements such as food, water, shelter, and wind direction. Assess the soil type and mark areas that receive shade, and slopes. Take note of existing flower beds and lawn areas. Understand your hardiness zone, as it may vary within your plot. Additionally, include a compost pile in your plans.
